TK Baaz Terms & Conditions — Complete User Agreement

1General Terms

By accessing or using the tk baaz platform, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and tk baaz.

Tk baaz is a licensed online betting and gaming platform. We operate in accordance with applicable Bangladeshi law and the guidelines of international gaming regulatory bodies.

These terms are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall prevail. However, the Bengali translation is kept up to date at all times for the convenience of Bangladeshi users.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with tk baaz, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• A valid national ID or passport is required.
• A valid mobile number and email address are required.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be true and accurate.
• No individual may hold more than one account.

KYC Verification

Identity verification is mandatory for withdrawals above a certain amount. The KYC process typically requires a copy of your national ID and a selfie. This is necessary not only for your security but also to prevent fraud.

Account Security

Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. Never share your login details with anyone. If you notice any suspicious activity, contact our support team immediately.

3Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all bets placed on tk baaz:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Bets will be settled at the odds recorded before the event begins.
• Odds in live betting change in real time; the odds at the moment your bet is confirmed will apply.
• Tk baaz reserves the right to void any bet where incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed indefinitely, all bets will be refunded.

Maximum Bet Limit

A maximum bet limit applies to each event and market. These limits may vary based on market liquidity and risk. Generally, the maximum per bet is ৳50,000, though this may differ for specific events.

Result Disputes

In the event of a dispute over any result, the official outcome issued by the relevant sports governing body will be considered final. Any objections must be raised within 72 hours of the result being announced.

4Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposit

The following deposit methods are currently available on tk baaz:

• bKash: Minimum ৳200, maximum ৳50,000 per transaction.
• Nagad: Minimum ৳200, maximum ৳50,000 per transaction.
• Rocket: Minimum ৳300, maximum ৳30,000 per transaction.
• Bank Transfer: Minimum ৳1,000, processing may take 1–2 business days.

Withdrawal

The following conditions must be met to make a withdrawal:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 24–72 hours.
• Withdrawals exceeding ৳10,000 will not be processed without completed KYC verification.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

Tk baaz offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own specific terms, but the general rules below apply to all bonuses:

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
• To use a bonus, you must meet the specified wagering requirement (typically 10x–30x).
• Each bonus can only be claimed once.
• Bonuses must be claimed within a specified time frame; any unclaimed bonuses will expire.
• Withdrawing before meeting the bonus wagering requirements will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk baaz platform:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Use of stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
• Abusing the system using betting software or bots.
• Placing bets based on match fixing or insider information.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.

7Account Closure & Suspension

Tk baaz reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or submission of false information.
• Account inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Order from a court or law enforcement authority.

Account Closure by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any available balance can be withdrawn before closure, though pending bonuses will be forfeited.

8Privacy & Data Protection

Tk baaz takes the protection of your personal information very seriously. We never sell your data to third parties. Your information is used solely for platform operations, KYC verification, and legal compliance.

9Limitation of Liability

Tk baaz is not liable for the following:

• Bets or opportunities lost due to internet disconnection.
• Delays caused by third-party payment system failures.
• Issues with the user's device or software.
• Unexpected technical errors or server downtime.

10Changes to Terms & Contact

Tk baaz may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, registered users will be notified by email at least 7 days in advance. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
